Our boxes are a 100% recyclable solution for temperature controlled packaging. Designed to work with the cool-chain, the box allows the chilled environment around it to penetrate to the product inside, cooling it down up to 12hrs faster than traditional polystyrene boxes.

The material we use is 100% pure polypropylene and has been specifically selected with food shipping in mind, meaning that the material used is 100% safe for food packaging.

Hygienic |
|
The unique 'edge sealing' system traps air inside the walls of the box, creating a thermal barrier between the product and the outside world. This provides the box with added strength, a level of insulation and makes the box hygienic.

Every box is delivered to you flat-packed, saving your storage space. Due to the thin walls and the high level of strength, the box also allows you to build more weight per pallet compared to polystyrene, saving you in onward transport costs.

InsulationDesigned with the modern cool chain in mind, Coolseal allows for the seafood inside the box to chill down to the required temperature parameters up to 12 hours faster than in EPS boxes.

StrengthCoolseal boxes are specifically designed to withstand the pressures they can be under during packing and transportation. That is why it is possible to pack in excess of 700kg of fresh seafood and ice per pallet in Coolseal without worrying about strength.
